The owners of this Butterfly Beach residence wanted to have a second home that carried the laid back feel of the Coral Casino nearby. The remodel made extensive use of custom tilework both inside and in the redesigned entertainment areas outside. High end finishes, custom casework and wrought iron complete the feel of the “quintessential Santa Barbara” home desired by the owners.
